What is the application fee?

Our application fee is $35 per applicant. Applicants must be 18 years or older. 

What is your pet policy?

We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs.

A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply.

The following restricted breeds, or any mixture thereof, are prohibited within the community. This list may not be all-inclusive, please contact our leasing team for more details.

What is the required security deposit?

Security deposits range from $300 to one month's rent, depending on your credit and prior rental history. 

How can I pay my rent?

Rent payments may be made online using our Resident Portal, by calling (800) 533-7901, or by mailing payments to the address below. When mailing payments, please make all checks payable to Peak Management LLC, include your remittance slip with your payments, and write your account number found on your statement in the notes section of your check.

For insurance purposes, rent payments are not accepted in the leasing center.

How can I request service?

Service requests may be submitted online using our Resident Portal or by calling our leasing team at (410) 517-7884. Emergency service may be requested during non-business hours by calling (410) 288-8266. 

Emergency service includes immediate life safety issues including gas leaks, major plumbing leaks, toilet overflows, fire, or electrical failures.

What can I do if I'm locked out of my apartment?

If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, contact the leasing center at (410) 517-7884 and we can assist you. A $10 service charge will apply.

After hours, call the emergency service number at (410) 288-8266 for assistance. A $50 service charge for after-hours requests will apply.

  • I've been noticing some new changes here at Marrion Square Apartments since the new owner arrived.  More parking, establishing residential parking passes, perks with events and the best leasing staff in a very long time. The staff is very professional, helpful and friendly, especially during the transition.   Malissa, the leasing manager, is always available, which is very accommodating. There have been quite a few excitable events such as the Christmas Mingle Jingle event with raffle gifts, a breakfast event, very nice, and cookies every day (very thoughtful)! I also look forward to the Marrion Square Newsletters. Alexandra (Alex), leasing is an asset who is as friendly as a person should be in her position. She goes far and beyond in assisting me with her pleasant demeanor. Wayne, the service manager is also an asset to Marrion Square. He is always on time to repair whatever needs to be resolved. He knows his skills and also has a great personality. Ms. Malissa S. and Mr. Wayne S. professionalism are top-notch. Mr. Wayne's quick response to service requests is immediate, he's very knowledgeable, time conscious, courteous and kind.
